How to Validate a Startup Idea Before Building
Start with the customer problem, not the product. A strong startup idea solves a painful, frequent, and valuable problem for a specific group of people.
Talk to at least ten potential customers before writing code. Ask what they do today, what is frustrating, and whether they already pay for a workaround.
Create a simple landing page with one clear promise and one call to action. If people join a waitlist, book a call, or ask for pricing, you have a stronger signal.
The goal is not to prove that everyone likes the idea. The goal is to find a small group that cares enough to take action.
Next step
Write down one action you can complete today. Startup progress comes from small, direct tests repeated consistently.
